Wolfgang Mätzlers co-operation partners are ambitious business people and farmers - all from the Bregenzerwald. The calf comes from Andelsbuch, the kid from Egg, the lamb from Bizau, fish from domestic water, deer from local forests, vegetables and herbs from the own vegetable garden resp. from head gardener Regina Metzler from Andelsbuch and from local farmers. Meat products, sausages and ham are produced by butcher's master Stefan Ritlop - completely without any additives (E-numbers).
